Doctors Who Coach Doctors Terms of Reference
Setting the right tone and expectations for this community is essential to ensure that we create a supportive and rewarding environment for all members. This group is dedicated to bringing together doctors who are passionate about coaching their colleagues and fostering personal and professional growth within the medical community.
Our vision is to create a space where Doctors who formally coach other Doctors can come together to share insights, knowledge and experiences related to coaching. By facilitating open discussions and providing a platform for learning and development, we seek to elevate the quality, recognition and reputation of coaching practice amongst medical professionals and the broader community. We aim to support and elevate the interests and undertakings of members of the group.
